She is co-author of Two Scoops of Django: Best Practices for Django 1.5  with Daniel Greenfeld, a popular self-published book about the Django web framework.

She is co-maintainer of the OpenComparison framework , which powers Django Packages , Pyramid Packages , and Plone Packages . She is also a core developer of django-admin2 .

She co-founded PyLadies in 2011, co-organized the first PyCon Philippines in 2012, and co-organized the LA Open Source Hackathon series.
