Inclusive language refers to linguistic choices which are made with the intention of including groups which may traditionally be marginalized by sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other issues.
This can include the use of nonsexist language, language which de-emphasizes drinking culture ("social club" vs. "beer club"), "all genders" instead of "both genders", etc.
