The t-shirt challenge was issued by Skud in October 2010 [1]:

For any tech conference I attend which provides t-shirts in my size, I will donate $100 to the event or to a related non-profit or charity.

The challenge requires a 24" (60cm) armpit to armpit measurement in a women's cut. Skud offered to pay for the challenge for five events or two years, whichever comes first.

Over the course of two years, only one conference met the challenge: OSDC Australia in late 2010.
