note on acknowledgments

I added an acknowledgments section to the page because I sent a link to the article to Cat Pivetti, a therapist who I thought would have some good ideas about it, and she replied with a lot of useful info that I incorporated. When we add the list of recommended therapists, maybe we can just merge the acknowledgments into that, but for now I wanted to acknowledge what she contributed (even though we don't usually credit authors other than those who directly edit the wiki). Please keep lists short and focused

When adding lists of examples, please try to keep them short and to the point, rather than adding everything that could potentially be connected. It's better to have 2-3 really great examples than 8-10 moderately relevant ones, to save our therapists from being overwhelmed or confused.
